Job training is considered highly important
at E.R. Schiffahrt 

To continue in the years ahead to be able to work with committed and well-trained employees at sea and on shore, E.R. Schiffahrt regularly trains apprentices. Cadets, trainees or interns are currently employed on nearly every vessel in the fleet. They are the officers, engineers and other qualified crew members of the future.

At our Hamburg head office we train young shipping-, office- and IT-apprentices every year. After qualifying, they can look forward to interesting development prospects in the many and varied areas of employment offered by our group of companies.
