Knud E. Stubkjær, CEO
As Partner in E.R. Capital Holding and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of E.R. Schiffahrt, he is responsible for the overall activities and strategic development of E.R. Schiffahrt and in this capacity he is heading the E.R. Schiffahrt Management Board. In addition to the senior management team, direct reports include Heads of Business Development & Marketing, Personnel Shore and Communication as well as E.R. Schiffahrt shareholding interests in the joint venture company Harper Petersen.

Albert Schumacher, COO
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the E.R. Schiffahrt Management Board, he is responsible for the company’s marine operations and customer relations including quality management, process management as well as fleet insurance. Furthermore, negotiations with charterers for all container and bulk vessels in the group or sale of such vessels are part of his responsibilities. Mr. Schumacher is simultaneously Managing Director of all ship-owning companies funded through Nordcapital and managed by E.R. Schiffahrt.

Frank Bergert, CFO
As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the E.R. Schiffahrt Management Board, he is responsible for corporate finance and treasury, including development of long term structured finance for the fleet, hedging strategies and controlling. Further, Mr. Bergert is responsible for risk management, audit and facility management, as well as group IT services. He is simultanously Managing Director of all ship-owning companies funded through Nordcapital and managed by E.R. Schiffahrt.

Willem Dekker,
Managing Director, Procurement, Contracting & Newbuilding, Head of Offshore and Tanker Division
As Managing Director and member of the E.R. Schiffahrt Management Board, he is responsible for all procurement activities, including contracting for new tonnage to the company, and the subsequent follow-up in the construction phase, until delivery from yards. In addition, Mr Dekker is joint Managing Director of E.R Offshore, where he is responsible for E.R. Schiffahrt interests in Offshore and Tanker activities under this company, including all chartering and technical fleet management matters.

Norbert Aschmann,
Managing Director, Crewing and Technical, Container and Dry Bulk Division
As Managing Director and member of the E.R. Schiffahrt Management Board, he is responsible for the Human Resources Management for all seagoing employees. In this capacity he is also Managing Director of subsidiary E.R. Ship Management, a specialized unit for Personnel Sea Services.  In addition, Mr. Aschmann is responsible for the technical fleet management for Container and Dry Bulk vessels under E.R. Schiffahrt.
